ENGR. DANILO E. IGNACIO, has over twenty-three (23) years of solid experience in real estate development. He has completed various real estate developments in the country which include residential communities, high-rise condominium developments, office buildings and commercial centers. In addition, he also managed some of the most prestigious real estate companies in the country. He built Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. - the real estate arm of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2012. Prior to his executive stint at Eton, he was also the General Manager for Robinsons Land Corporation, the President of Philam Properties Corporation and the Vice President and Business Manager of Citibank Tower Building Project (Citibank Philippines).

With his real estate experience and expertise, ENGR. DANILO E. IGNACIO comes full circle by creating his own company, DEI Properties Inc. last August 2012. The company is involved in developing high-yielding Real Estate Development Projects, preparation of Project Feasibility Studies and providing Development Management Services for its clients. The company aims to be the best in acquiring, developing, leasing and managing high quality real estate projects in the country.

The company’s pioneer real estate project, dubbed as Forbes Hall, features a “Dormitel” concept that will provide students in the “University Belt” area of Manila City the finest living accommodations and services that they deserve. As the company was doing research, they found out that there was a need to uplift the current living conditions of the students in the area.
