Broker Network Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment and accreditation of new broker groups and independent brokers.
  • Develop and widen the company’s broker sales network.
  • Training and orientation of broker group’s sales agents.
  • Development and implementation of brokers’ sales development and incentive programs.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years extensive experience in real estate selling, preferably gained as a broker network officer / manager or related field.
  • Must have wide and established real estate broker network.
  • With excellent interpersonal communication skills and relationship management.
  • Highly organized and proactive.

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
  • Prepares site/concept analysis and market studies thru field research and data analysis.
  • Prepares and updates financial projections to determine project feasibility.
  • Coordinates with marketing and sales on project updates, sales performance and market trends.
  • Coordinates with other departments to achieve company and project objectives.
  • Prepares and executes project implementation plan.
Requirements
  • Holds a degree in Business / Management / Economics from a reputable university.
  • Belongs to the Top 10 of graduating class.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results driven.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 year experience in business development in real estate.
  • Good analytical skills in finance.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities
  • Prepares site/concept analysis and market studies thru field research and data analysis.

Accounting Officer

Responsibilities
  • Handle overall accounting.
  • Recommend modification to the accounting policies and procedure.
  • Prepare accounting reports.
  • Process requests for payment.
  • Handle cash and check disbursement, accounts payable/receivable processing and petty cash replenishment.
  • Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.
  • Ensures accurate preparation of request for issuance of credit notes.
  • Review and verify expenditures of assigned projects, divisions, centers and units to ensure adherence to budgetary requirement.
  • Reconcile monthly book and bank balances to account for all transactions on projects funds.
Requirements
  • Preferably not more than 28 years of age.
  • Have experience in real estate operations.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position specializing in General/Cost Accounting.

Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Maintains key accounts of the company towards generation of target revenues and profit.
  • Coordinates with all accounts, build and develop relationships.
  • Effectively communicates with all departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Helps client sell their products and services by coming up with an innovative non-traditional advertising media.
  • Ensures that projects are planned and implemented according to agreed timelines and budget.
Requirements
  • Holds a degree in Business / Management / Marketing from a reputable university.
  • Belongs to the Top 10 of graduating class.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results driven.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 year experience in business development in real estate.
  • Required skill(s): sales, Account Client Management.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General/ Real Estate or equivalent.
